I attended an emergency ENT appointment with Mr Siva. It was clear from the onset that Mr Siva knew exactly how i was feeling, he gave me excellent advice and then went on to explain the technical terms which he explained in such a way I understood. Mr Siva 100% made me feel at ease straight away, welcomed me in a warm and friendly manner and listened to everything i had to say along with my own questions which were answered promptly and with professionalism. Mr Siva is a wonderful consultant who genuinely cares for his patients in a supportive and professional manner. Mr Siva his team, paramedics, nurses and doctors at Furness General Hospital who have looked after me ,helped me and nursed me back to recovery, im truly thank ful for the amazing care ive received from the NHS. Thank you.
